The speech states beautifully that it is not the critic who counts, but all credit goes to the man in the arena, who is daring greatly. The bright pearlised birch wood looks like it is glowing from the inside. Especially in contrast to the dark blade, the structure of the wood comes out beautifully, reminding of the veined structure of marble. The name Savannah comes from both the birch wood's color spectrum, reminiscent of beautiful savannah tones, as well as the lion on the blade representing the courage to dare greatly.
