All Dovo shaving brushes are entirely handmade by expert brushmakers in Dovo's Solingen factory.  Dovo has moved away from natural badger fur and now exclusively produces synthetic knots using the finest materials with the best of modern engineering.

All brush heads, regardless of material, require proper care.  Do not immerse the brush handle in the water, as this can be bad for the knot setting and the fibers.  Avoid mashing, forceful, or twisting actuations, and rinse the knot head thoroughly of all soap residue after use, allowing to fully dry before next usage.   Never enclose a damp brush.
